Board and Staff Members

The founding Board Members of the FFFR, INC. come from diverse social and economic backgrounds and political orientations. At the urging of the thousands of readers of the "Macroeconomic Outlook" from around the country, they have provided their leadership, time and money to start up this organization.

Each has become educated in the area of macroeconomics and view education on this topic to be extremely essential to all Americans in our effort to remain the great country and world leader that we are.

Some information regarding our founders include......

Ronald Nelson -  Treasurer       Fritz@fffr.org

Ron has a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa in business in Iowa City, Iowa and a M.A. in economics from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Ron has been involved with both manufacturing and services companies for most of his professional career. This has included financial and operations management positions with Dana Corp., Chrysler Corp., Cooper Industries and Tultex Corporation.

He has previously served for ten years as a part-time faculty member at the University of Detroit/Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. This included teaching both Undergraduate and Graduate classes in accounting, finance and economics. The courses included using computer technologies to enhance the students' understanding of the real world dynamics of these subjects.

Having worked in South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, his world-wide business experience has given him an appreciation for the diverse cultures and business practices being utilized throughout the world. The oil and gas industry has provided him with an expanded understanding of the dynamics of international business, finance and economics. He has been responsible for over $50 million dollars of monthly cash flow for an international business.

Ron is the editor of the MACROECONOMIC OUTLOOK, a weekly e-mail newsletter that addresses prominent issues regarding the economy, international business and investment. The newsletter has thousands of readers from coast-to-coast and in Canada.

His interest in the Foundation is driven by his international business experience and the recognition that it is always necessary for our leaders to be mindful of government economic policy and the government's need to promote new business development. Since education is the engine that drives business development, he recognizes the importance of elevating the standards of educational achievement for all people.

Dr. Donald Kent  -  Chairman of the Board           DonK@fffr.org

Don has a B.A. from Brown University in Sociology/Biology and an MD from Yale University.  He has been a surgeon and a medical/legal consultant for 30 years.  He was formerly the President of the largest ENT surgical society in this country and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

His interest in this foundation is derived from love of our country and the pursuit of fair and free government.  He believes all of his achievements and service to society has been a direct result of the opportunities only found in the United States.  These attributes may be threatened by current economic policies.

Dr. Stephen Wilson  -  Chief Technical Officer, Webmaster        SteveW@fffr.org

Steve received BS and MS degrees from Wayne State University, and a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Michigan. He was a co-founder and Vice President of R&D at Applied Intelligent Systems Inc. in Ann Arbor and a research fellow at Electro Scientific Industries. Steve is experienced in x-ray and gamma-ray space experiments, agriculture and medical instruments, robot vision for assembly lines, massively parallel computers, and artificial intelligence.

He has been granted 12 patents in these areas. Steve has been published in many journals and books, was on the editorial board in several journals, and has received several industry related technology awards.

He would like to see the mission of the Foundation expand to the widest possible audience. We must reduce the current trend of business, government, and citizens who overemphasize short term benefit at the expense of long term prosperity.
